- Two new executive appointments and three subsidiary transfers
- “Will build business portfolio for future growth, establish financial stories and enhance execution capabilities”

Under the structural stabilization of the business in general, SK networks announced that a regular organizational restructuring and executive reshuffle is made for 2022 to identify promising business areas and enhance seeding investment. SK networks also singled out leaders with execution capabilities and expertise in addition to an executive reshuffle targeting synergy benefits from human resource exchange between SK networks and investors.

In order to identify new growth engines and drive changes, SK networks reorganized the Investment Management Center into the ‘Global Investment Center’ so that intensive investment on global seeding can be made. It also selected block chain as a new business area and newly established the Blockchain business Division. Through this, it will be sought to combine the existing business with blockchain and increase the values offered to the customers while at the same time blockchain-related investment and business expansion will be strengthened.
