SpeedMate has entrenched its presence as Korea’s best automotive care brand by snatching the top spot in the Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI) of Korea Management Association (KMA) for 20 years in a row.
SK networks (President: Sang Kyu Park) announced on the 5th that SpeedMate took the top spot in the automotive care category of the 2022 K-BPI compiled by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
K-BPI is Korea’s first brand competitiveness assessment model and it has been compiled and released by KMAC since 1998 based on a comprehensive assessment of the influence and value of brands affecting consumers purchase/usage decisions and _s. SpeedMate has stepped up its brand image again with a continuous commitment to customer satisfaction by winning for 20 consecutive years in the automotive care category.
Under the slogan of ‘Good Service, Good Tire’, SpeedMate works hard to provide needed services in a timely and transparent manner, with membership service packages offering benefits in car care and driving for subscribing drivers.
For example, CLUB SM members are entitled to benefits valued up to KRW 440,000 a year in services that include free engine oil refill, service charge discount, and up to 85% discount in short-term rentals from SK rent-a-car. In addition, they are allowed to claim a 10% discount when buying major home appliances such as dish washing machine, air purifier, and induction range cooker from SK magic.
Furthermore, the Good Tire, Good Warranty service that offers free tire exchange to unsatisfied tire purchasers that make a claim before 30 days after their purchase is rated highly among customers. SpeedMate has also launched meticulously yet generously designed services and events befitting its top brand prestige for 20 consecutive years, selling 2,022 tires on a maximum 40% discount this year.
