SK Networks’ Speedmate Division concluded a business partnership agreement with Orix, Japan’s largest auto lease firm. Orix completed official steps to set up its Korean corporation in February 2004 and is now looking to enter operation from April this year.    

According to this agreement, Speedmate will service and perform maintenance (scheduled services and inspection) on all maintenance lease vehicles sold by Orix and also distribute maintenance lease products as Orix’s authorized agent. 

This collaboration with Orix is expected to provide Speedmate with experience and expertise in products, system and management, necessary for carrying out total auto service business, and to give this division a momentum for growth.  No less importantly, the collaboration will significantly boost automotive-related revenues for SK Networks.
