- SK networks operate the ‘head office experience program’ for 60 Chinese employees. - To tour business sites in - “We will be the best in *Jiayou: a Chinese word meaning ‘Go!’, ‘Cheer up!’ and ‘Try Hard!’ SK networks said on May 17th that the company is implementing the (title of program: Pae-gi training’ by inviting 60 Chinese local employees. SK networks has been conducting the ‘head office experience program’ for its overseas employees from last year as the company’s global businesses are being expanded and reinforced. For the growth of the company the role and importance of global employees continues to increase and the number of overseas local employees has now reached 1,500. The 60 Chinese local employees from Zhang Guo Jing, a staff member working in the China Fashion Business Division and a participant in the program, said, “I am really surprised at SK networks’ dramatic growth accomplished by starting a small textile company in the ruins of war,” adding that “by emulating such passion we will double our efforts to make the best fashion company in China.” A spokesperson at SK networks predicts, “The head office experience program will be an opportunity for our global employees to come to know the reputation of the company and to strengthen their pride as members of SK networks and in turn ignite their spirit and passion for the success of local businesses under their care.” Recognizing that the ‘business culture’ together with the ‘business model’ makes up the core of global growth, SK networks under the lead of president Lee Chang-kyu is concentrating on the establishment of the ‘PRIDE Culture Movement’, with the aim of making a ‘company where members can take pride in and enjoy their work’, and the ‘Global One HR System’ which allows members at home and abroad could realize their abilities without hindrance or discrimination. The head office experience program was conducted this time in order to maximize and concentrate the capabilities of our members. SK networks is planning to expand the program in order to invite 150 or more global employees yearly.
