SK Networks breaks down global barriers in the HR system

“If one has the capability, they are then able to become an executive or CEO of SK Networks regardless of location, nationality or race.” This what President and CEO of SK Networks Chang-gyu Lee, currently visiting overseas operations since the proclamation of Vision2020, has been saying to global members all of the time. His promise has been taking shape as SK Networks has recently focused on the innovation of the HR system to create an environment for the pursuit of voluntary and vigorous SUPEX for global members (Super Excellent, the pursuit of the highest level that a human being can reach in terms of capability). According to the company, the core of the innovative SK Networks HR system is called the ‘Global One HR System’ and will break down cases of discrimination and the barriers among nations to create a happy corporate culture where members can showcase their abilities to the fullest. This well represents the management philosophy of CEO Lee. To this end, SK Networks plans to establish an independent and competitive HR system while improving institutions and company principles in a wide range of HR areas such as employment, education, promotion and welfare benefits.
