SK networks, Listed among the Top 100 Companies for 2022 Great Place to Work Korea

SK networks (President: Sang Kyu Park) was acknowledged for its corporate culture supportive of its employees by a global consulting group which assesses work environment and employee _ pattern of many workplaces. In this regard, SK networks announced on February 23 that it was listed among the best 100 companies to work in Korea 2022 hosted by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Korea.


GPTW Institute is a consulting group operating in 97 countries in the U.S., Europe and other places across the world specialized in corporate diagnosis for workplace innovation. It announces each year a list of best companies that foster good corporate culture and environment for people to work. This assessment was done using the Trust Index Employee Survey divided into five categories of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie and Culture Audit.


In this award, SK networks was listed among the top 100 great places to work in Korea. It was also selected as a great place to work for women and working moms in Korea and a great place to work for the millennials in Korea. In addition, SK networks President and Corporate Culture Officer were awarded for the relevant sectors.


SK networks is building a corporate culture based on SKMS (SK Management System), SK group’s original management philosophy which aims to achieve happiness of its People so as to support their voluntary and willing brain engagement.


It was demonstrated in this regard that SK networks was highly judged for categories such as Caring for employees, Training and professional development and Personal pride. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, SK networks has so far recognized and recommended the telework system as a form of work for the safety of its People. The Company supports career development of its People through career workshops and assures a sufficient amount of time of learning for their personal growth. Furthermore, SK networks has built a horizontal organizational culture by simplifying job titles and making it a rule to use polite expressions from 2017. The Company is also well received by female employees and the millennials by running various programs such as daycare center, fitness center and flextime.


SK networks will continue to raise the standard of its corporate culture as a great place to work and seek to grow the business and bring happiness to its stakeholders.
