In 2023, SK Networks ran the Better Worker training program (Aug. – Dec.) to help its people to develop business capabilities.
The training program was delivered in three categories: report creation, data management and valuation. To enable the trainees to internalize training contents more effectively, the training curriculum was designed to accommodate both theoretical and practical dimensions in an optimum ratio so that SKN people could put the contents into action on site.
After the training, a poll was taken on the trainees to measure their satisfaction with the program and the effectiveness of the program, gathering their feedback which will be actively incorporated into subsequent training program to ensure continued improvement.
